Matt not only has experienced the collegiate system as a student-athlete, but as a collegiate coach at the highest level (for 11 years) too! This experience has given us administrative insight into how things truly function, knowledge of intricate rules and regulations, and a coaches perspective on how scholarship opportunities are negotiated - which simply cannot be attained from just being a student-athlete in the United States.

Having spent 15 years in the collegiate system, Matt coached on both the East & West Coasts and competed all over the United States. Throughout this time, he developed personal relationships and strong friendships with coaches - that are still some of his closest friends today. When working with First Class College Consulting, you are being represented by someone who is highly trusted, respected and well-received in the world of college tennis.  

Growing up in Australia and moving abroad to the United States at 18 years of age, Matt has personally experienced the same feelings and emotions of what it is like to leave friends and family at home behind to embark on this journey. He understands the initial cultural differences that you will experience and through his consultation, you will know what to expect and feel more adequately prepared.

Residing just 15 minutes from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Headquarters in Tempe, Arizona - First Class College Consulting is able to stay in tune with the ever changing landscape of collegiate athletics from a first-hand perspective. Not only do we have contact with the coaching staffs at Universities electronically, but we also have frequent physical access to them as well!
